Nerys Davies Designer Goldsmith Nerys Davies is a goldsmith and jeweller specialising in bespoke handcrafted pieces using platinum, gold, silver and precious gemstones. Her career began after studying at The Birmingham School of Jewellery where here achievements were awarded a high distinction and recognition from the British Jewellers Association including runner up student of the year. She also received first prize for the Goldsmiths Group Design Award 2002 where her trilogy collection was put in production and sold nationally on the high street. Having worked with other jewellers in both Wells and Bath she is now bringing her skills to the forefront of the Wells specialist jewellery scene creating her own individual pieces. Using traditional and modern techniques Nerys is dedicated to providing the best quality. Care and attention when choosing precious gemstones, from diamonds and sapphires to tourmalines and aquamarines are also an essential part of being able to create her beautiful pieces. Much of Nerys's inspiration comes from nature and is reflected in her work, creating elegance with simplicity for everyone. If you cannot find the piece you have in mind, alternatively you can create with her expertise and design flair your own commissioned piece to suit your individual needs at her studio in Wells. Engagement rings, wedding bands, pendants and pearls or even remodelling old or dated pieces are just a few of her specialities.
